– ½ cup of shelled sunflower seed
-1 dessert spoon (shallow) of paprika
– ½ teaspoon of curry powder
– 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
– Salt and olive oil to taste
First of all, you should wash the peeled sunflower seeds and leave them in a colander. In a frying pan, add a little oil and then add the seeds. Let toast over low heat for about 7 minutes and then add the paprika, curry and salt to taste. Mix some more, add the lemon juice and leave on the fire for another 3 minutes, without stopping stirring. When the seeds are well roasted, just turn off the heat and serve them the way you prefer.
