We have a 30-day return policy. In order to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase. we can’t offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

Please contact us immediately with your request. We will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s).
After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds are issued through the same payment method. It may take between 5 and 10 business days to get your money back- depending on your payment method.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your financial institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
To return your product, you should contact us to be provided with a mailing address and a tracking Number
If you do not send your item tracked and it does not arrive no refund can be offered

We try to process orders quickly to ensure items are shipped. Please note If your item has been posted by the tie you cancel we cannot refund you until the item is returned ,please do not open the package or seeds as this will invalidate your refund contact us for a return address and we will refund you once the item is received back
If you find your item is damaged or opened in the post please contact us with a photo of your item we may need the item returned to make a claim against the carrier but we may be able to find a alternative solution just from the photo
Damaged items are replaced and not refunded
