Fresh Passion Flower Seeds Passiflora Edulis x30

Left over seed from our own growing stock we have a few packets of 30 passion flower seeds available

Place it into a small pot then put the pot nside a ziplock bag or place the bag over the top of the pot with a elastic and

This make a humid atmosphere inside the pot which the seeds need

If you have done it right you should see condensation appear on the bag

Now the seeds need a spot in your window that is very warn and gets alot of light

The seeds take 1-6 weeks to germinate depending on conditions

Our seeds we put in last week have already germinated but we have had pots take up to 6 weeks when its not as bright and warm

The seedlings push up through the soil when they hae the 2nd set of leaves you can take them out of their bag

Begin to harden the seedlings off on a warm day they enjoy the sun once any chance of frost has gone and plant in their final position when about a foot tall

They will die back in winter and grow bback in the spring some protection against harsh winters is good for these plants egin fertilizing the next spring
